It started with a few free gentle movement classes for seniors. A small circle grew into a vibrant community—thanks to shared laughter, mindful moments, and the generosity of friends like Lili, who opened her Tai Chi space to all.

We believe everyone 50+ deserves care, connection, and the chance to thrive. Our gentle classes build strength, balance, and calm—because prevention is the best cure.

Today, we’re more than a class—we’re a movement. Every brunch shared, every online session joined, every smile exchanged is a step toward a future where aging means living well, together.
